Harriniva offers a unique opportunity for tourism and hospitality students to gain hands-on experience in a genuine Lapland destination. We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our restaurant, reception, or housekeeping teams.

What You’ll Do

During your internship, you’ll get a comprehensive look into the tourism industry and become an important part of our daily operations alongside experienced professionals.

In the Restaurant

• Assist with serving guests, setting tables, and maintaining the dining area
• Learn about food service, beverage handling, and showcasing northern flavours
• Work in a busy seasonal environment with international guests

At the Reception

• Welcome and assist guests in person and by phone
• Manage bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and provide travel information
• Learn how to use hotel booking systems and strengthen your language skills

In Housekeeping

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
• Work efficiently as part of a friendly housekeeping team
• Learn hotel cleaning standards and work in an international setting

Who We’re Looking For

This internship is ideal for students in tourism, hospitality, or service studies who want to gain practical experience and grow into confident customer service professionals.

• Good language skills (Finnish and English; other languages are an advantage)
